Municipal Police Training Act 120

The purpose of the Municipal Police Officers' Training Academy (ACT 120) is to provide each recruit with the professional skills necessary to function as a municipal police officer.

Mansfield University provides the Municipal Police Officer's Mandatory In-Service Training ACT 180 continuing education programs.

Lethal Weapons Act 235

State Act 235 requires that any person who is privately employed and required as a condition of employment to carry a lethal weapon must be certified.
