We can support meetings of all shapes and sizes, from kickoff rallies and executive strategy sessions to sales training and conferences for virtually any type of industry.
In addition to Mansfield University classroom and auditorium space, the facilities in the Technology Outreach Center (TOC) are available for area businesses and organizations to conduct training sessions or meetings. The TOC is a state-of-the-art facility which has multiple hi-tech computer labs, videoconferencing equipment, satellite downlink equipment, and multi-point bridging capabilities available.

To make a room reservation, click on Event Management System. All reservation requests must be received, processed and confirmed at least two weeks prior to the desired date of event. Same day room reservations are accommodated based on availability. Requests for equipment or services for same-day reservations, however, will not be accommodated.

Non-Profit Organizations
- Proof
of Nonprofit Status - If your organization is a private, nonprofit
organization, you must submit a copy of the IRS letter indicating your
eligibility for nonprofit status under the applicable provisions of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended. We will not accept a letter of state
sales tax exemption as proof of nonprofit status.Please send proof of nonprofit status to

- Off-campus organizations that use facilities for events that could involve personal injury or physical risk, i.e. swimming, gym activities, etc. will be required to show proof of sufficient insurance to the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration. For pool use insurance coverage shall be no less than $250,000 each person, $1,000,000 each occurrence for bodily injury and property damage.
Additional
Charges- The fee structure does not include special services, i.e.
public address systems, video, overheads, downlinks, sound, lighting and other
equipment of this nature or specific to the department.
- Personnel Cost (Exclusive of Rental Fees). Overtime
work will be paid on an hourly basis.
- When additional security is deemed necessary by the
university, charges will be assessed to pay for an adequate number of
university police.

Fees May Apply for the following facilities:
Decker Swimming Pool: Rates do not include the
hiring of certified lifeguards which are required at an additional hourly
rate. Statement of liability and proof of insurance is also
required. All requests for use of the pool must be approved by the
Aquatics Director.
Pool Hours for Open Swim: Monday thru Friday 10 AM - 3 PM; Monday thru Thursday 8 PM - 10 PM
Straughn Auditorium: Additional fees will be
assessed for support equipment and required technical staff when lighting, etc
is required. All Straughn Auditorium requests must receive approval by
the Multimedia Specialist, Mark Polonia (x4680) prior to the event.
Steadman Theatre in Butler Center: Additional fees will be
assessed for support equipment and required technical staff when lighting, etc
is required.
