The Bachelor of Social Work Program is accredited by the National Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), http://www.cswe.org. This accreditation, which the program has held continuously since 1983, insures high quality and competent social work preparation for practice. It also allows program graduates an opportunity to apply for advanced standing status in Master’s in Social Work programs. Information about CSWE can be found at their website. The Mansfield University Radiology Technology Program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT), 20 N. Wacker Drive, Suite 2858, Chicago, Illinois 60606-3182. The JRCERT was established in 1969 and offers voluntary accreditation for diagnostic radiography, radiation therapy, medical dosietry and MRI programs. The Medical Technology Program of Mansfield University is fully accredited by the National Accreditation Agency for Clinical Laborator Sciences (NAACLS).
The CPT, after a careful evaluation of the chemistry degree program at Mansfield University, has determined that the department offers a quality degree program to prepare baccalaureate students for professional careers as chemical scientists, thereby adding MU to the list of schools that offer an ACS approved degree program.
